Bentota Hotels at Bentota Beach, the prime beach resort of Sri Lanka is well supported by the integrated infrastructure of Bentota National Holiday Resort Complex that occupies the prime land of Bentota: the stretch of land between the Galle Road (A2 main southern road Colombo- Galle-Matara-Hambantota-Wellawaya) and the Colombo-Galle-Matara Railway track that runs right past the Bentota beach.

However the Bentota Hotels established outside of the perimeters of the Bentota National Holiday Resort Complex such as inland Bentota Hotels and isolated Bentota Hotels on the beach afar from the main beach of Bentota aren’t serviced by the Bentota National Holiday Resort.

South-western and southern Beaches of Sri Lanka
